Our Four-Stage Process Includes:

- A clean wash
- A neutralizing wash
- An industry standard pre-wash
Following the pre-treat system, which properly washes and chemically preps the materials, they are dried and ready to be painted. The pre-wash process ensures a clean surface to apply the paint for the best possible results. We go above and beyond when it comes to our painting methods as well. We apply the paint at approximately 2 ml’s wet in thickness, which exceeds the industry standard. The passing parts are constantly monitored and checked by our staff to ensure a consistent color application. The aluminum materials are then cured through a baking process in one of our special ovens. After curing, each part is taken off the line by hand and is inspected by our trained technicians before taking it to the shipping department.
Powder-Coating and Anodizing
