Top of the Line Extrusion Equipment – All of the components in our extrusion system are fully integrated and automated. We use the advancement of PLC control technology, which allows us to communicate with our machines remotely via the Internet from any location in the world. This helps us to monitor each machine to determine how it is functioning, the rate of speed, the extrusion recipe, and other essential variables for consistent and dependable quality control. Our cooling table is 160-feet in length and allows us to effectively stretch the custom and standard aluminum extrusions to the specified length before cutting it according to the client’s needs. All of the parts are constantly monitored as they pass and are checked by staff to ensure top quality results and consistent color application. The materials are cured through a baking process in one of our custom ovens and are taken off the line one at a time by hand so they can be inspected by our team of highly-trained technicians.
